Christian Hochstrasser is a leading Swiss specialist in the field of national and international transport law with expertise in the areas of transport law, logistics law, law on the contract of carriage, forwarding law and customs law (in the areas of road transport, rail freight transport, inland waterway law and maritime law). He generally represents and advises cli-ents in the areas of contract law, corporate law and commercial law, primarily in the transport, logistics and freight forwarding sectors.
