Daniel Abt, as a Certified Specialist SBA Inheritance Law, is practising in inheritance law and focuses on the areas of estate settlement, negotiation and litigation as well as the execut-ion of wills and inheritance offices. He also brings his expertise to estate planning. He deals with national and international estates and he is co-editor and co-author of the standard re-ference work “Praxiskommentar Erbrecht”(5th. ed. 2023).
